The new FMIS dashboard lets you work smarter and more efficiently with all the information you need in one place
The key to working effectively is not just about having access to more data, but having the right data when you need it. The new FMIS dashboard now gives you access to all the data you need in one place. Configure your dashboard to make sure you never miss another alert and view all your essential information in the format that works best for you.
Everyone has their own priorities, so FMIS allows you to design and configure your own dashboards. Tailored lists allow you to see key information at a glance and ensure that you never miss another due date. A picture is worth a thousand words and using charts can help make sense of large amounts of data quickly.
Building your dashboard does not mean hours spent configuring every report. In fact, you can get started straight away using the templates built into the software, or you can just amend a template to meet your specific needs. As an administrator, you may want to create templates for different user groups across the business.
The FMIS suite of products covers a range of different modules designed for different areas of the business. The new dashboard allows users to draw on information from different modules so you can see everything at the same time without the need for switching between modules. Dashboards are available for Equipment and Maintenance, Stock Control, Fixed Assets, Leasing, Purchase Order Processing and Sales Order Processing.
List reports allow you to click through to any action or record directly from the report without the need to navigate away from your dashboard.
