Enhanced Asset Management for Deltek provides comprehensive and integrated enterprise asset management for customers requiring more than the built-in asset management module within Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint.
FMIS Asset Management offers complete asset management for Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint users. The software combines fixed asset accounting, asset tracking and equipment maintenance (CMMS) in a single fully integrated solution.
Asset tracking will ensure that you always have full visibility of your assets by location, status and assignment either to a project or person. You will reduce asset lifecycle costs through improved utilisation, as well as more efficient management and purchasing. Attachments may include images, warranty documents, instructions or any other files you want to easily view with the asset record.
Equipment maintenance allows users to plan and carry out preventative and reactive maintenance with associated work orders for all jobs. Maintenance schedules will ensure that you never miss key maintenance or other reminders such as renewal dates.
Enhanced Fixed Asset Management from FMIS integrates with Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint as well as other FMIS modules to provide complete visibility and control over every stage of the asset life cycle.
